Don’t understand the bad reviews here
Don’t understand the bad reviews here, I placed an order, it was despatched same day by 48 hours tracked and I got it a couple of days later! Absolutely faultless and will use again, 10/10!

I sent an email 27working days after I…
I sent an email 27working days after I ordered enquiring where my calendar was, as it was over Christmas I gave extra time. I received a Generic email back that made no sense to my query.
I questioned this and finally was told my calendar had been lost in transit!! Would they had contacted me to tell me?? I think not!!
I have had emails back and forth, eventually I have been told I will get a refund.
Awful service, DO NOT USE!!

Hopeless and poor customer service
I ordered a calendar early December. As Xmas approached it had not arrived so I contacted them. They said it had not been able to be delivered by Royal Mail so was being returned to them. When I contacted them they said it would be re-sent but as it has turned out, it wasn't. As the item was by the time I contacted them I asked if I could have it at sale price. They didn't respond to that request but refunded my money. As I was still expecting the item to arrive I contacted them again which is when I discovered that it hadn't been sent. The told me that it was in the 40% sale. When I found it, the discount was only 20% and as the price was now below the minimum spend for free delivery I now had to pay delivery charges which made it more expensive than it had been. After an extensive exchange of mails with them [including an escalation] I got nowhere. Instead of being defensive all they had to do was charge me 41p more which made it free delivery but in their haste to just defend themselves with quick-fire responses they couldn't work this out. Terrible customer service. I can't recommend them.

Slow service and not as described. Poor.
It took two weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, the diary was not the size described on the website. They were quick to provide a returns label, but now I have to travel some distance to a post office to return a product that I didn't want, and I won't be refunded until they receive the item back. All in all I'm very unimpressed with the experience.

Great service and product
I ordered a football calendar as a Christmas gift, and was very pleased with the service and also the quality of the product. Process to order was straightforward and product in stock. Communication throughout was helpful and product arrived within specified time frame. Recipient very pleased. Many thanks. Will definitely use this company again.

I bought and paid for a calendar to be delivered before Christmas. What I received was a desk diary. I took it back to the stall where it was purchased to be told I couldn't either exchange it for the correct item or for an alternative nor could I get a refund. I am currently awaiting a head office response to this shoddy service.

DON'T LICK YOUR FINGERS!!!
Purchased a calender from the Derbion shopping centre, lower floor just outside of sainsburys.

A lady blatantly pushed infant of me but that's by the by. As there is no queuing system when paying.

Anyway paid for said calander and a carrier bag. All happy, lady serving me has a lanyard saying she's exempt from wearing a mask, still no problems. Until she couldn't open the carrier bag. So instead of stretching the top or trying again , SHE LICKS HER FINGERS TO OPEN THE BAG!!!!
We are in the midst of a pandemic and this is not good at all, putting her spit ridden fingers over the handle of my carrier bag.
Please consider re-training the staff and highlight things that aren't acceptable especially with covid and all.
Maybe some covid training?
Had I been served by someone wearing a mask this wouldn't have happened, as the mouth is covered.
Someone could really kick off at her, and cause upset. Just thought this needed bringing to attention.

Disapppointed
I used this company last year and they were great. This year I was really excited to find a calendar my Mum likes that I hadn't seen elsewhere. I also wanted to get the Pusheen wall calendar (I got it last year as well). I placed an order for three calendars. One was pre-order (for November I believe), so I knew my order would not be dispatched straight away. However, the other two (including Pusheen) were in-stock. They must have been in-stock because if an item is out-of-stock, you can't add it to basket. As it got into December, I realised I had not heard any news of my order. I looked onto the website and two of the calendars I ordered were now listed as out-of-stock and the other in-stock. So, I sent an email to ask what was happening and was informed my order would be dispatched in the next week and I would get it soon. However, the following week I got an email saying that the Pusheen calendar was no longer available due to supplier issues caused by Covid. I know businesses have been struggling and Covid has caused a lot of problems with suppliers etc. However, I don't understand how the Pusheen calendar was in-stock when I ordered it, but there wasn't a calendar to fulfil my order. If they had stock, they should have put one aside for orders which contained a pre-order item. I was really disappointed, I emailed and asked what had happened and was just told my other two items would be sent out soon. I felt dismissed and ignored. I'm not sure if I will use them again next year.

I ordered a calendar on the 14th…
I ordered a calendar on the 14th December. It was not posted until the 20th December !!!, and when I questioned why was it posted 2nd class post, they had the audacity to say it was my fault (very rude on the call), now the calendar will not arrive until after xmas !!! very poor service and rude customer service. First and LAST time I Use Calendar Club, many other similar companies out there who provide a much better service......AVOID if you want a decent service.

Ordered on 12th December and notified…
Ordered on 12th December and notified it has finally been sent 20th December to Royal Mail for delivery and this can take another 7 days from today. So, the recipient won't receive part of their Christmas present!
Never going to be using Calendar Club again.

Slow dispatch
Placed an order on the 12th December and 7 days later it’s still not even been dispatched. Looks like this item is not going to arrive for Christmas now, I wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The email response I had stated they are understaffed but it’s just not good enough when people need items for Christmas. I’m going to cancel my order if it’s not been sent by tomorrow.

Lovely choice of items and very good customer service
I’m surprised at all the bad reviews to be honest. I wanted to exchange part of my order and they sorted it out for me without any issues. They were brilliant and I’d be happy to shop with them again! My order arrived in good time, despite it being around Black Friday. Their website is clear and easy to use, I’m glad I’ve found them as they have lots of choices for calendars and other gifts on their website!

Thieves
Simply put - they took the money from my account without sending me my order. They said my order had been 'cancelled' - even though they took the money for my cancelled order. They wont even refund me.

Very Happy!!!!
I'm surprised at the bad reviews I always use this company and find them excellent. I've never had a problem with them and I order a diary every year without fail. The diaries are all good quality and very reasonably priced.
